Fedex Ground Transit Times

Most orders received before 12:00PM CST will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 12:00 PM will ship the following business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by our store only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

All orders will ship via Fed-ex unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase. Orders that are supplied with a valid email address will receive email confirmation as well as tracking information. It is the customers responsibility to arrange for someone to be available at the time of delivery. Orders will be shipped Fed-ex "no signature required" unless specified during the time of purchase. Please note there will be an additional charge of $3.00 per shipment for "signature required" service.

All damages must be noted during delivery. We are not responsible for any shipments that are received with damage and not noted. All claims of damage must be noted on the delivery confirmation and the shipments must be refused in order to be considered for credit.
